Is there international delivery?

Currently, the shipping services we partner with deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on our delivery page. For digital products, international customers can download the product instantly from anywhere.

What if there is a defect in the product?

Please refer to our return policy to understand the terms for returns and exchanges. In the case of a manufacturing defect, if a return is agreed upon, shipping fees for return and re-delivery will be charged to the customer. However, the cost of the product itself will not be charged according to our return policy. Note that for digital products, defects would apply to file errors, and corrections will be provided promptly.
